Returns Policy

At High Impact Sports Vests (Aus) P/L we understand that online shopping can be hard! You might not get the right size so we want to make it easy for you, we will gladly exchange if your order is returned within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns due to wear and tear.

Your garment/s must meet the below requirements to be returned:

- Returned within the time frame.

- Returned in new, unused condition with all tags still attached.

Sorry no garments that smell of perfume, body odour, deodorant or have make-up stains or marks on them will be accepted. If garments are returned in this state, we may need to send these back you. However our customer care team will contact you.

Faulty returns:

If you wish to return a faulty item or have received the incorrect item/size, please contact admin@highimpactsportsvests.com.au immediately with your order number and await a response for further action.

We will happily accept the return of your faulty item for exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please help us by providing a photo of the defect/fault as well as the front and back of the garment. This will help speed up the returns process. Contact us at admin@highimpactsportsvests.com.au for faulty items.

Once your return has been reviewed, we will email you with further details! Please be sure to check your junk/spam inbox for Hotmail and Live email address as we have found these can get caught up in there.

How long will my refund take?

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded (Refunds processed through PayPal can take a further few days to completely transfer).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please allow up to 4 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded (Refunds processed through PayPal can take a few days to completely transfer).

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: the postage costs for returning goods are the customer's responsibility.
